Reporting content

If you see a name, a photo or a profile that shouldn’t be there, the fastest way is the Report button on the cook’s profile, inside the app: it arrives with everything needed to understand what you mean. Otherwise the same email, saying what you saw and where.

Your data

To find out what data we hold, to correct it or have it deleted, write to the same address. What we collect and why is in the privacy notice.

You don’t need to write to us to delete your leaderboard account: it is done in the app, under Profile → Settings → Delete your account. It deletes the public profile, the postcards and your place in the leaderboard; recipes, the plan and the timers stay on your phone, because they were never ours.

How long we take

We answer as soon as we can. If nothing arrives within a few days, write again: mail filters sometimes eat things.
