Asian BBQ Wings – This dish has delicious ingredients like garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and honey-marinated chicken wings. Summer is the best time of year to try this delightful summertime meal!
Seasonal change is upon us, and I couldn’t be happier.— unofficially, summer has arrived (consider some of my favorite summertime dishes on my blog).
Coming from the Malaysian island of Penang, I enjoy the sun’s warmth, but what I want even more are the summertime activities such as pool parties, BBQ cookouts, trips to the shore for ice cream and shaved ice, and wearing shorts and sandals. Summer truly is a joyous time of year!
It’s time to celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of summer by making these delicious Asian BBQ wings.
Use ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and five-spice powder in the marinade for these Asian BBQ wings. Whenever I host summer gatherings, the wings are usually a big hit.
They’re always the first ones to go when things become challenging. They are fantastic right off the grill with a few dashes of your favorite chili sauce!
I suggest using frozen party wings to make the wings, which you can find in most supermarkets’ frozen food sections. Party wings, which are typically smaller, are ideal for this dish. Like you, I am wary of the super-sized chicken wings that more closely resemble turkey wings.
Costco is a beautiful place to stock up on party wings. I guarantee you’ll want to make these excellent Asian BBQ wings again and again!
