INGREDIENTS:
- 340g of dried wheat noodles
- 1-2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- 1 pound of ground beef (or pork, chicken, or turkey)
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 2 sliced cloves garlic
- 3 cups of baby spinach
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2 teaspoons of chili oil
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cooking the noodles requires boiling a pot of water. Pour in a few tablespoons of oil into the wok and turn the heat up to medium-high, then add the chicken breasts. Stir-fry the beef until it’s browned and somewhat crispy, then remove from the heat.
- Over high heat, sauté the onion and garlic until they are translucent, but not browned on the outside. To wilt the spinach, add it to the pot and stir it around. Put salt & pepper to taste.
- The noodles, meanwhile, should be cooked according to the package directions. Mix with the light soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and chili oil in a bowl until well-combined and flavorful (if using). Make a salad by combining the onion, meat, and spinach. Serve!
