Toss some ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and oyster sauce into a baking dish and bake the salmon.
Two of my favorite ingredients are ginger and garlic. They’re a staple in my kitchen, and I never run out.
Two of the most significant ingredients in Asian cooking, sesame oil, and chile paste, add incredible flavors and fragrances to many dishes, especially when marinating meats and shellfish like salmon.

- One tablespoon honey
- One-piece ginger, peeled and chopped (2-inch)
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Three dashes of white pepper
- One teaspoon of sesame oil
- Five cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pat the salmon dry after rinsing. Gently massage the salmon with a mixture of ginger and garlic. Add the remaining ingredients to the salmon and mix thoroughly so that the fish is well-coated with everything.
